HEADLINES JANUARY 10th 2007

Happy new year!

Great news! The debut album of 4 CL is finnaly out! It feels great, and we're very proud of it. If you're interested in obtaininga your own copy, don't hesitate to contact us at ole@4cl.no. We had a great time at the release gig in Risør January 5th, and thanks a lot to everyone who showed up, and made it a fantastic night for us! Agderposten / TVA  filmed the show, and posted a clip online.

HEADLINES DECEMBER 13th 2006

Due to Sindre and Chris having moved to London to study music technology, the band has had to face reality. Without an available line-up, there is no band - just a part time hobby. Sindre and Chris decided that it was best for the band if they stepped down, and let Ole and Tom aquire new permanent members.

John Stenersen who had been assistant studio technician during the recording period had wanted to fill Sindres shoes on guitar. However, when the time came - time wasn't on his side. Mayhem were at Mølla and he wanted to be a part of that. Now he's rehearsing with Sunniva I.C. Kristoffersen and will start recording with her shortly.

This left Tom and Ole with 2 vacant places. Our favourite bass choice was Werner Johan Pedersen - but we didn't think he'd be interested being involved with 2 other bands - Fumigate (bassist) and Stump Vold (lead singer). Turns out he jumped at the chance, listened to the CD and played damned well at our very first rehearsal.

Now 4CL is back to its original trio format and is functioning well. Gigs and release party are lined up. The CD is being promoted locally. Radio interviews are played and repeated in Risør and in Arendal.
